The star ids that we now (v.1.6) output on picking are Guids. A name, or whatever else you want, can easily be generated from that. 


So far, reverse id lookup has not been implemented however. It is on the road map to adapt the id generation in order to support this usecase, but it would inherently be a breaking change though.
